What is Yoga?

Yoga literally means union. With Hypno Yog we are dealing with the union of our body and our mind. When we use our body and our mind together we are able to tap into our driving force within to make the shifts we need. According to yogic concepts everything begins in the mind then percolates into the other layers of our body. We can use yoga to prepare the body to do the necessary meditations and guided hypnotic processes.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness where you use 90% of your mind. Through the trance state we can access this dominant part of the brain to guide the changes in your mind and your body. By using visualization, positive self talk and active relaxation.


Purpose of Hypno Yog!

To help you tap into your natural healing abilities. As Dr. John Upledger D.O. says, "Awaken the inner physician within you." You hold all the answers in your inner world about your body as well as the mind. You are a unique individual, only you know your experiences as to how you experience them. So explore how you can look in and inspire the change, and be the change that you want to see. Use the power of your subconscious to sculpt your body, mind and Spirit. 


Hypno Yog is not a diet 


We will concentrate on yoga to get in touch with your body and completely become relaxed, improve flexibility, endurance and overall strength in awareness. Which then prepares the mind to be receptive to the visualizations, affirmations and behavior changes. As the body and mind work together and deal with daily stresses and deal with emotions the tendency to overeat and eat wrong foods not just junk but the foods that you have a difficult time to digest and assimilate will naturally change. You will find that craving for fruits and vegetables and lighter and lean foods increases. General nutrition guidelines will be covered. But it won't essentially be a diet.
