Tai Chi is a moving meditation that incorporates the concept of Yin/Yang (forces withinthe body) aiding the flow of Qi (energy).

Tai Chi movements are generally slow, gentle
movements associated with long deep breaths and heightened awareness.

Tai Chi helps:

Improve Physical Therapy, Muscle Strength, Coordination, Flexibility

Improve Balance, Decreases the risk of Falls (especially in elderly people)

Helps to ease Pain and Stiffness - for example: Osteoarthritis, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension
